Using our network analysis software, we are able to test your network performance and analyse the configuration of every device attached to your LAN or WAN.
Without needing to alter your network in anyway, we are able to determine important network information for:
- Pre-deployment assessments for VoIP;
- Baselines of the network paths before rolling out a new application;
- Remote assistance when problems arise on your customer's site;
- Regular network health checks or upgrades.
We are able to provide:
- Agent-free testing of the entire live network eliminating logistical challenges that lead to both lengthy and costly deployments;
- Testing of all network elements including WAN links, handsets, clients and servers, providing you the complete picture;
- Instant measurement of bandwidth, utilization, packet loss, latency, jitter, packet reordering, and MOS letting you know exactly what you're working with;
- Immediate diagnosis of more than 40 problems including QoS faults, duplex conflicts, poorly performing routers/switches/NICs, MTU errors, and media errors showing you where you need to target your attention;
- Remote troubleshooting capabilities enabling you to reach beyond the firewall without an on-site visit;
- Appropriate notification with alerts and extensive reporting providing you and your customer with all the information you need to ensure success.
How to proceed
As our testing technology does not require any alterations to your network, little is required prior to a site visit. Simply contact us and arrange a day for one of our testing team to visit your offices.
Our tester will arrive with a Laptop that will need connecting to your LAN. At this stage you will need to provide your network information (IP ranges etc). We shall then begin the process of testing your LAN and WAN, providing results within minutes.
Depending on the size of your LAN and WAN infrastructure testing can range from one hour to several hours. We can with relative accuracy estimate how long testing will take when arranging a date to visit.
Throughout the testing, there is no disruption to users or services, which allows us to test during office hours.
Costs
Our testing service is approximately £2,000 per day.
